This easy-to-find hotel, with free on-street parking (or hotel garage) is opposite the bull ring, a short, flat walk from the centre of town. The Palacio Real and Jardines del Principe are just a continuation on the same road. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We arrived early so our room was not ready but the staff had a system in place for looking after our luggage and immediately gave us a map and directions and provided information regarding the on-street parking. Our room had a terrace and overlooked the bull ring; however the weather was not the best so unfortunately we didn't get full use of the terrace. The bed was OK but not the best. The room also had a fridge, safe and very good aircon. The over-bath shower was very good; however it was a little difficult to get into due to the close proximity of the toilet to the bath. There are some nice bars and restaurants nearby but for anyone who likes to eat early, be warned as the restaurants don't open until about 8.30 pm.

We received a warm welcome from the staff when we arrived at the hotel, we sorted out the appropriate paperwork and then settled into our rooms which were clean and comfortable. We had a lovely surprise when the lady who booked us in arrived with two glasses of bubbly and some cakes, totally unexpected. They do have a pool area but we did not avail of this. The bar area was nice and cosy, they also do a selection of different nibbles. All in all, I would stay at this hotel again, it was very pleasant and not too far from the bustle of the towns bars and eateries.

Second time here and as good as last year (weather was hotter but AirCon worked perfectly). It's a good 10 minutes walk to the river and the Palacio Real. Aranjuez makes a good stop just off the A4 when travelling North/South across Spain. Restaurant almost next door (El Roble) is excellent (caters for locals so not 'touristy' at all). Staff were as friendly as I remember from prior visit.

A good value stop over in Aranjuez. A good restaurant (typical Spanish) next door (called El Roble). Hotel was comfortable, the parking garage was good and easy to park in. The receptionist coped well with my poor Spanish and did not rush to switch to English (but had perfect English when I got lost in Spanish) - made it a great visit.

Good location. Very helpful staff. Great tapas place just over the road. Nice firm bed. Good view of the bullring over the road. Had a terrace with chairs and small table. Decent aircon. Underground paid car parking belonging to the hotel (for an additional charge) with CCTV.
